I ordered a jersey for my husband for Christmas on December 14th. It was in stock when I ordered it and it said it would ship by December 21st. I received an email on December 19th (5 days later) stating that my order can no longer be fulfilled as this item is out of stock. I’m not sure why it takes 5 days to tell me something isn’t in stock. Awful experience and now I’m scrambling to find another gift for my husband for Christmas.

When you order a piece of cloth and its not as descriped and completely wrong sized so you decided to send it back and it costs you more than half the original price ! , i think there is no need write here more, should i ?
Thank Companies like this, i have decided to stop buying clothing online, i will go then in person.

Please avoid this company not the utd store total scammers took my money and sent me a tracking link that clearly shows goods were never dispatched I told them to cancel and refund a week ago they have now sent me a email saying goods dispatched today even tho I cancelled the order I now have to hope they turn up then go through this all again to return them have now had my money 3 weeks and I no longer need the goods as purchased else where absolutely disgusting customer service DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Horrible customer service. Bought a gift for someone who wears Small-medium, ordered medium. Didn’t fit, zipper broken. Exchange a nightmare, can’t connect with service. Got a large, zipper broken-still too small. Now Fanatics claiming I owe $9.99 for return. Inferior products, DO NOT BUY FROM FANATICS.

Placed a return on a gift that I received and was promised that the entire return amount would be on a gift certificate. Days went by and I haven’t received the gift certificate yet so I reached out to fanatics to check the status only to find out that only a portion was out on a gift certificate. Glad I asked before the chat was over to confirm the amount because I was being ripped off and given less money than was paid for. They refunded the difference of course but not in a gift certificate but instead the original payment which I would never get because IT WAS A GIFT. Positive that they’ve been ripping plenty of people off by taking a portion of their return money. This was absolutely terrible and the service was horrible.

Ordered a product that needed to be returned. Requested store credit to use purchasing another product. After 1 month, multiple customer service attempts, and a delivered return product, I'll be disputing this charge and ensuring people are aware what bad Customer Service they have.

If I could have given no stars I would have done it! Absolutely worst scheiß shop ever in the world. They show different colours etc of the products and send the wrong items. Then you pay a lot of money to send it back, but it's actually their fault.
I will never ever order again!

Why does Fanatics have a monopoly on so many licensed products? I ordered a New Era MLB Cardinals that that was described as Navy. When it arrived it was Black. There is no where to review the product. I wonder why? Because Fanatics messes everything up. I'm satisfied with maybe 1 in 4 orders. ugh!

Ordered 3 items by size that fits me. All of them were skin tight too small. I was able to return 2 of them. The 3rd item was custom which is non returnable which was disclosed on the website prior to ordering. Quality of material and printing was poor, cheap. Spent $60 for something I am unable to ware. Lesson learned. I will be sticking with a local sports store moving forward this way I can try items on before ordering.

Not confidence inspiring at all. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering twice.
Delivery times are very slow. Ordered 10 days ago and that order hasn't arrived.
My order with 3 items got split into 2 separate packages...nobody asked for that. I only have 1 tracking nr. for 1 order in 2 different packages.
The tracking for all orders hasn't worked.
There is no service email, they tell you to write an essay on some dodgy unprofessional page.
Never again.

Bought two shirts. Keeping one though the quality is less than it should be. The return is sadly pathetic, though it looks good on the website. They are still selling it for $59.99 (which is what I paid), but they will only return $43.79 minus $9.99 shipping. Guess this is another reason Amazon is so successful.

I attempted to have an issue corrected with an order several times. I was told I would be contacted by a supervisor after getting the runaround, but that never happened. This company has the worst customer service. I will not be ordering anything else from Fanatics.

I want to give them zero stars for their customer service or lack there of. There is no way to call or email them. Their chat never works. You are taking a gamble ordering from them because if something is wrong, they won't fix it because you can't get hold of them!

received a wrong size boston redsoxs hat ,tried to return it ,but fanatics is charging me shipping and taxes,. from 27.35 i'm receiving 10.35 ,can you beat that ripoff. Having to pay taxes twice and shipping. That to all buyers are foreign business practices,but they've lost mine!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 Jerseys right....That took forever to get to me....Then the Jerseys says 6xl but there are Definitely 4X.....My 4x jersey are the same size has the ones they send me!! So then I email theme and show pictures try to get this fix the problem right!! Customer email me back that I need to send more money and its going to longer to ship the so called right one to me!!!! Wow never going to shop here!!!!

Ps... if I can post a picture you can see my 4xl jersey is the same size has there Jerseys they send me!!!!
